Basic Grounding Exercise

Life can get pretty busy and stressful. Try this simple check-in and see what changes in your internal experience:

  1. Sense your feet and wiggle your toes for a few seconds..

  2. Take one slow and comfortable breath.

  3. Look around you, let your attention settle on one thing you see or hear, and name it without judging it.

The steps are super simple, but they’re really powerful. This might feel easy or difficult. Either way is okay. What you’re practicing is strengthening your connection to your body and the present moment.
